You can heal your feral by using the WOW TBC Gold spell power. It's not an indication that you're a boomkin and has spell power. Yes, I'm telling you what to do, but even doing 950 damage is 2/3 of the biggest dps classes and any lower than that amount of damage could be considered carrying. A team can carry 500 dps. It is impossible to gain any power over dungeon groups by forcing that you do dps in these scenarios.

Only off-heal is allowed for healing when the healer is incapacitated (and their health declines dramatically) or oom/innervate is on cooldown ..... I'll off-tank if it's necessary or cheap WOW Classic TBC Gold when the tank is damaged by reasons beyond my control. Bres is also on cooldown.
