Hey guys, I've just began playing RS once more and I have some queries about something I've noticed. Capes with skills, everyone seems to have one nowadays, why is this? There was hardly anyone who had these capes, and now I'm seeing a lot of them in low-level players. Not just the cheap ones , but also the more expensive ones such as cooking/firemaking.

Combat levels are getting higher, is it just me or is everyone a lot higher now? It used to be a rare thing to see an individual player with a score between 110-126, today all I see is red haha Is this because of the dungeoneering ability? Also before I quit in the past, one of my favorite methods of buy rs3 gold obtaining cash fast was to purchase adamant bars at avansies. Are these still good cash? Or is there better ways?
